Certificates of Origin

The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) will seal Certificates of Origin for export products for Member and Non-Member companies. All companies utilizing the Chamber Seal program must read, complete, and return the Rules and Procedures, a Program Application, and Letter of Indemnity.

Chamber Seals are available from 8:00 AM – 11:15AM and 1:15PM – 5:00 PM. Walk-in service is not guaranteed; please call for appointment. All document packets received by courier, email or mail before noon will be completed by 5:00 PM the same day.

Packets must include an invoice and the certificate of origin. Below are sample documents:
